Document Destruction Day Scheduled

The Lake County Farm Bureau will be hosting a document destruction event on Saturday April 24^th from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  The event will be open to members of the Lake County Farm Bureau, and offers an opportunity to destroy files that may contain pertinent personal information.

The destruction of personal documents will be completed by Opportunity Secure Data Destruction, which is a company located in Northbrook.  OSDD's certified document destruction ensures security, confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines for its clients.

Properly disposing of documents that contain personal information can ensure that you can be confident that sensitive items will not fall into the wrong hands.

All documents that are brought in will be shred on site at the Lake County Farm Bureau office, which is located at 70 US Hwy 45 in Grayslake.  The capacity of the shredding truck is 10,000 pounds, and all document destruction will be completed on a first come-first serve basis.
